May update after receiving my “service”. But I dropped my Xbox 1 off here on 1/6/26. The guy I encountered was pretty nice, informative, and welcoming. Had me sign paperwork for basic diagnostic. & pay $80 bucks non refundable, which is fine. Long story short they weren’t able to get my Xbox working. But I’d like to comment on the service as it pertains to the follow up. They told me initially it would take 3-5 business days. After about 4 days, I call them for a follow up. After that call they say “we’ll call either Saturday or Monday with an update”. Surprise, no call. I call again for an update but they continue to give me the run around. Finally they call back on their own accord & said the Xbox is basically irreparable barring spending unnecessary money. Which at that point I could buy a new system. So the communication past dropping your system or device off is a 2 star! It is 1/22/25 today. I still don’t have it back! I’m sure I’ll get a call back after this review!

I had a problem with my hdmi port on my series x so I called around and tecdaddy had the best price around, thanks to Umair he got it fixed up in no time, and Morgan did an amazing job cleaning it up, now my console is running like the day i bought it. The staff did an amazing job, ill shure be back for any other electrical problems in the future.👌

I brought in an iPad (8th generation) that the screen was pretty shattered on. I bought the iPad for $40 and didn’t want to sink a ton of money into it. After lots of research I found that Tech daddy had the best price for this and not having a vehicle it meant I had to uber. It was well worth it. Their business is clean and organized. They had my screen replaced and I couldn’t believe how great it looks. While I Was in I also decided to get a case and protector for my new phone. They are very kind and helped me.
