Excellent top tier service. Got to meet with the owner, and manager of the shop in Mansfield. He was patient and calm and very easy to work with! Would highly recommend this company. Affordable to fix a broken battery on an early 2000s MacBook Air, and installed additional software, had my computer back in a very reasonable amount of time!!! Very pleased and will come back to Shawn and his team for service in the future!
