The team at this shop were super thorough and did a very good job repairing all of the issues that they found on my Ford Fusion. They took pictures of everything and explained in detail what my car needed. They were friendly towards us and did the work in a timely manner. Will bring my car back to them for future maintenance.

Tate, Parker, and their crew were amazing! They were so helpful with all of our repairs and truly helped us understand the problem/situation. They also completed a very detailed inspection on a used car we were thinking about buying. What an outstanding team of professionals that clearly love what they do and show they care. I’ve been going to this shop for a couple of years now for all work needed on my vehicle. Everyone is incredibly kind, understanding, and very helpful. I personally love that they do a full vehicle inspection with photos to show you problems they catch and tell you if it’s something that can wait, or if it’s something that will need attention soon. I do feel like it can be a bit pricey, but I gladly pay it knowing there is good, honest people working here providing great service to all customers.

Dropped my car off Monday morning and they had my car diagnosed within 2 hours when it's been to 3 other mechanics and no diagnostic could be done on it. They got it fixed gave me a great discount. I declined brake services. Left that night with my vehicle it immediately started shaking again upon hitting high speeds. I pulled into the shop seen it was closed and didn't think anybody was there. Got out my car to take a breather and was visibling extremely upset. Turns out Chris was there. He came out calmed me down. He genuinely cared. Took my kids into the office got them drinks. Test drove it himself and put it on the lift to show me my brakes locked up in the front. He stayed late that night to make sure he quoted me so that way he could get it done first thing in morning. He did help me with a discount. And he was there first thing in the morning and had my car done within a couple hours of them opening. He went with me for a test drive and the shaking is gone hallelujah. Parker was also amazing with communication and sincerely caring and looking out for my pocket book. I am not saying this was cheap. It was not. But if you want your car to actually get the proper diagnostic and know that it's done and done right by men who actually care then call T.A.P automotive.
