Worst experience ever with Sweet Cream. Poor quality and not worth the price. Definitely not recommending.
Their chocolate base is good. But their blizzards and shakes are the best. I recommend strawberry.
A few times my experience was really bad with the sweet cream satellite town branch. They served melted ice cream and on top of that didn't listen to the complaint and made lame excuses, totaly frustrating experience . Sometimes the ice cream is good. Overall they need to maintain their standards of ice cream and customer service needs to improve a lot.
Very very dirty place doubt ur cleaners are even trained its near impossible to sit here tables are scratched bad.
The ice creme is made with dry and condensed milk powder and has no natural taste. The ice cream freeze quality is worse. I spent Rs 600 but zero satisfaction. I suggest that don't visit this place with your family. Taste 3/5 Service 2/5 Environment 3/5
