Very good Suzuki showroom with all services. Staff is good and cooperate with customer. I am satisfied with their services.

At this Suzuki Service Center, only 2 bikes are taken for tuning at a time, which is unacceptable. The number of bikes handled simultaneously should be at least 6, so that customers do not have to waste hours sitting and waiting unnecessarily. The staff needs to be increased and made more efficient. Delays like this create a very poor impression of Suzuki’s after-sales service. Customers expect quick and professional service, not long waiting times. Immediate improvement is required.
