Suncrest Exterminating Termite & Pest Control

We really enjoyed working with Ron. He was on time, honest, and gave great feedback and advice. He did our escrow termite inspection and a follow up visit - both times he was awesome. We’ll definitely be using him for all future needs!

I would not recommend Suncrest for their poor customer service, lack of transparency, and overall carelessness. They show no regard in letting you know what to expect during tenting. My scheduled time was from 11am to 1pm. I was surprised with SoCal gas showed up at 7am. In my multiple calls with their office, Suncrest never told me that the gas company was coming that day. When I told them about this situation, they were rude and just continue to state it's in the contract in a lecturing manner. Suncrest tells me that the tent will be off by 2pm and it will take about an hour to take it. To my surprise again, they arrive at 11am when I am not there and proceed to climb into my house through the second story. I specifically told the office that I wanted to be on site and did not give them permission to enter my home. During the tenting process, they were in no way careful of how they treat your home. They knocked over my cylinder block retaining wall while putting up their tent, dug up my gravel path that they left dug up, broke multiple branches of landscaping including flower pots, and did of this all without telling me. This is first experience working with them and I would suggest finding another company.

Our tent was not properly secured and was blown off by the wind. Our neighbors have expressed concern and sent us photos. This is a major issue and the lack of response and attention to this urgent issue is a concern. Currently STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Lack of accountability! This is the response to a review. They immediately respond to a review but not to calls! Unacceptable!
