Suderman's Car Care

New to the experience of shopping for body work and I was 100% satisfied with my experience at Suderman’s. Cost: I started with a baseline price and quote from the dealership. Next, I crowd sourced “Ask Midland“ and Suderman’s was a top choice. To be prudent, I also checked out another top competitor based on the responses from “Ask Midland”. Suderman’s was 1/2 the cost of the dealership and 1/3 the price of the “Subaru certified” body shop. Customer experience: On Friday, I stopped by and was given a free estimate in about 20 minutes. I was able to schedule the work to begin the following Wednesday. By Friday at 1pm, they contacted me and let me know the work was completed. Another perk was that they provided a free loaner car. Quality of work: They replaced my fender with a brand new part and the paint looked like a perfect match. 5 stars. I am a satisfied customer and have/will recommend Suderman’s to my friends and family for their body work. Thank you Suderman’s!!!

Superman’s car care has done a lot to help me this past year. Helped me with my first vehicle. To get me from A-B and then helped me also get my second vehicle but first newer upgraded vehicle! Thank you all so much for your help!

Good people that work hard to take care of their customers. I purchased my car from them two years ago, and just had it in for some work after an accident. They went above and beyond what the insurance company requires by giving me discounted additional repairs, polishing the whole side of the car and shampooing the inside.

I've used Suderman's for my car care needs for several years now. I've witnessed nothing but top notch care, professionalism, and honesty from Doug and his staff. Numerous times, he has gone out of his way to help me and work with me. He stands behind his work and is very helpful. Bottom line is this a top-notched establishment that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for vehicle maintenance. Thanks Doug and staff for all you do! I took my Lincoln in after I hit a deer. Let me tell you how amazing this place is! When I got my quote he was very straight forward with everything. They got me in pretty fast. Worked with me when I had to go to the dr and drop the car off late.They had a loaner for me to use. Always a plus. They weren't open on Saturday. Doug called me anyway to say it was ready for me to come and get. When I looked at it. It was beautifully done. It looked better than it did before. He does amazing work there. The best part was he washed and buffed my car. Did a full detail inside. Wasn't expected or included in the insurance claim. Everyone is very nice there too. I couldn't of asked for a better shop to go too. I will forever be a loyal customer. ❤
