EDIT: I had to bring down the stars just because I'm not sure if I just have a bad Iphone, but 3 weeks after getting it fixed for the 2nd time, my phone did drop and with a cover and it got one crack, but again my screen started having issue to where the top half didn't work and the bottom half did. It was also over heating, but I had put no mind to it. Customer service was good, but I doubt I'll be coming back due to just not having a good outcome with my phone compare to UBreakiFix which I used a long time ago with an Iphone I use to own, it was more expensive, but the quality was much better. I previously had written a negative review about this place, but would like to revise it as Humberto reached out to me and communicated to get my problem resolved. I originally had come to this place to get my phone fixed and it fell and my screen cracked and slowly started turning black. I was upset as it had only been less than a day since getting my phone back but again Humberto reached out and had me come back in and replace the screen for a reasonable price.

Great service. Fixed my phone by changing my phone screen, gave me 2 better chargers, and a screen protector. I highly recommend anyone who wants to come to SteadyFix in Hialeah. Gustavo Martinez
