If you’re booking this hotel because it has a pool, I would recommend staying somewhere else. When we checked in around 5:00 p.m., I asked about the pool hours and was told the pool was closed because it had just been cleaned. Later, at 8:00 p.m., after I asked about receiving a partial refund since the pool was unavailable, we were told we could finally use it. However, the condition of the pool at that time was unacceptable, as shown in the photos I took at 8:00 p.m.The following morning, the pool was still in poor condition, and I took additional photos to document it. It was disappointing that the advertised amenity wasn’t properly maintained or available when we expected to use it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐SpringHill Suites was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the parking was convenient. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours beyond 9:30 a.m., as that would make the experience even better for guests who like to sleep in or have a later start to their day.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The double bed room with a sofa bed is spacious, clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are cookies available upon check-in.

Ted at the front desk was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was exactly what we needed to enjoy our time throughout the Atlanta area. Our room and the quarters were VERY clean, as a health inspector myself I made sure to triple check the room as well. Fantastic hotel within 20 mins of whatever Atlanta has to offer.

Great hotel! The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only downside is the refrigerator. Apparently, it has a two hour timer and you have to reset it everyday two hours. Other than that, great hotel..... great location. Satisfied customer.

5/22/26 - Upon pulling up, you can tell the hotel is dated. You have to pay using a 3rd party (PMC parking....more on this later). The cost is $10 plus a service fee.Checking in, we discovered not 1, both both elevators were out of service. The front desk attendants were nice. Lobby was clean. After carrying all our bags up to the 2nd floor, we got to our room. The rooms were okay, but dark and smelled a little musty. Worst part was the paper thin walls. We could hear, very clearly the kids screaming and running around the floor above us. Also, b/c the elevators were broken, you could hear the doors opening and slamming from people going up and down the stairs. We immediately booked another room and checked out after 15 minutes. There was simply no way we were staying in that room.I ended my parking within 30 minutes of arriving, and was charged $8.50. Marriott has no control over the parking so they can't help you. Further, I can't not get in touch with PMC and nobody has contacted my back so I'm out the parking fee, and the room. Terrible experience for a Gold Member.

I stayed here for a work trip from Sunday through Saturday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, particularly with housekeeping and overall service consistency.Housekeeping was expected every other day, but after checking in on Sunday, my room was not serviced until Thursday. When housekeeping did not come on Tuesday, I reached out through the app and the front desk kindly sent up towels, which I appreciated. However, I would have expected housekeeping to follow up the next day to stay on schedule, but that did not happen.By Wednesday evening and again on Thursday, I had to speak directly with the front desk to finally have the room serviced. Over the course of a six-night stay, housekeeping only came once, which is well below expectations.Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service for the entire duration of my stay, which made getting around less convenient.I chose this property expecting a level of consistency associated with Marriott, but this experience fell short. For future work trips, I will likely choose a different location.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past three nights, and one of the highlights of our stay has been the complimentary breakfast, thanks to Bobbi. She provides exceptional customer service every morning. She greets guests with a warm and friendly attitude and makes everyone feel welcome.Bobbi is attentive and hardworking, always making sure the area is clean, stocked, and organized. What really stood out is how thoughtful she is. She takes the time to let guests know when breakfast service is wrapping up so no one misses out.It is clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly makes a difference. Bobbi is a great example of excellent hospitality and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. We arrived for check-in with a confirmed reservation and confirmation number, expecting a smooth process after traveling. However, the front desk informed us that while their system showed rooms as vacant, those same rooms were actually occupied when physically checked. We were then asked to wait while they tried to sort things out. After waiting for quite some time, we were told that this issue had been going on for three days. It’s extremely disappointing that management is aware of such a major system problem but is not informing guests in advance. Instead, people who are tired from traveling are left standing around for an hour or more with no clear resolution. This is unacceptable customer service. Proper communication and basic organization are the bare minimum in hospitality, and this experience fell far short.

Beautiful room, but most importantly the customer service was unbelievably outstanding!! Bonita provided exceptional customer service that you don’t normally see these days! She went above and beyond, and for that I will always book with this hotel!
