Sparklight

System randomly goes down daily... technicians came out today, worked about 3 minutes outside... came back in and said he had it back up but the main line had a sketchy connection... now the system will not work randomly or otherwise... obviously technicians have no idea what they are doing... service is poor technicians are useless and heaven help you if yo try to call for a different technician... I've been on hold for 30 minutes and no one is answering... when they do answer, all they do is offer excuses for the system being down... they also give themselves three or four days to have someone initiate needed repairs...update 4 dec 2025... system down due to pole damage @ 6pm... did Sparklight get a crew out to fix the issue? Of course not.., they're going to wait until in the morning. I was told they have a crew on swing shift, but apparently, an outage isn't important enough to warrant going out in the cold weather...

Excellent internet service at Bartlesville area! Super fast and reliable speeds, rarely any downtime, and great customer support when I needed it. Highly recommend!

Logan Furry came to our business location and relocated our coax in impressive time. Then one of one of OUR employees bumped the ISP modem he just moved breaking it. Logan was monitoring his work and saw the connection dropped off and came right back to validate his work, and I told him what happened. He quickly replaced the modem and configured it to our static IP assignments. He saved us an additional service call on top of the down time it would have taken to get a new tech out here. Excellent and detailed service! Love it.

(Bartlesville) Technician - Logan Furry. The tech arrived early and ready to solve the issue. He walked me through what the problem was and he resolved it. He then remained onsite and had me test it to ensure it was working as it seemed as he monitored service. Weekend saved 😂 Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I went into the office in Bartlesville to sign up as a new customer. The lady was so helpful and kind and took the time to explain the plan. I should get service installed tomorrow. I love the personal service! Great start!
