Cannot say enough about the team up at Smith Tire! Great service and very helpful explaining while they were troubleshooting my trucks problems. Recommend them to anyone needing their truck, suv, or car fixed.
Being rude isn't necessary when someone is trying to explain their vehicle's issue. I can only describe the problem, but I'm not a mechanic. Don't expect me to diagnose the issue; that's what I'm paying you for. Word of Mouth goes a long way especially when it's paying your mortgage & utilities🤔 Do better with your CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
Older guy behind counter called my husband a liar & always is arrogant. We spend $2k on tires & now they've lost our business due to his arrogance. Lost our business for sure. Will never recommend them to anyone again.
