Highly recommend! Tyler came out to our home for a request we put in for a washing machine issue. He called 30 min (allowing for plenty of time to prepare) in advance of his arrival. When he showed up he was attentive and very professional. He got right to work on our issue and was very good at keeping us informed along the way. When he was done he reviewed with us everything he did and what he found. In the end our washing machine is working perfectly and the entire process was seamless.

Tyler was professional and appreciated the call that he would be there in an hour (repair window was 8-12). He was knowledgeable on my Bosch stove. The work was covered under warranty as it was cosmetic upon delivery.

The repair on our Zephyr downdraft system was our first exposure to Sloan Appliance Service. Our experience was outstanding. Our technician, Tyler Gilbreath and his manager, Ben Creel, solved a problem we were experiencing with our system. They were very professional and knowledgeable on this product and made it easy to give this exposure an A+ and Five Star rating. Highly recommend this firm and especially their service team!

We had Tyler Gilbreath Service Tech. Come to repair our Maytag Washer that stopped draining. He was on time and very nice. He diagnosed potential causes and explained them and had to order parts. He will call and return. Sloan will contact us with new time for install

Paul and Jaden came out and did an excellent job repairing my gas Thermadore cooktop and my Thermidor professional oven. Jaden went the extra mile to adjust the knobs on the cooktop so they were working perfectly. I highly recommend Jaden and Paul and Sloan Appliance!
