My grandfather fell down and his neck of left femur was fractured. DHS was performed by Dr Muhammad Azam khan , orthopedic surgeon at Sharif Surgimed hospital okara. Alhamdulilah very next day of surgery my grandfather was able to stand on his feet. Best Hospital in okara. Blessing for people of Okara. Best doctors and paramedic staff. Emergency room was not clean, Staff did not even wash or sanitize hands before touching open wound of patient. No uniform or dress code either. Unprofessional and rude old staff. Was talking on phone with someone while patient was waiting on stretcher. Bad Service

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff during my recent visit to the hospital. I found some members of the staff to be unprofessional and lacking empathy. Communication was poor, and my concerns were either ignored or met with indifference. At a time when patients are already vulnerable, it’s incredibly frustrating to feel like you're being treated as an inconvenience. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and patient care.
