We had a bad experience with MASTER SHAFIQ SONS branch in gujranwala. Unfortunately we went to buy a single bathroom floor drain. We selected and paid the amount within 5 minutes and then the real khawari started. They made us to wait around 45 mins to pack and give us that single bathroom JALI. I told them that we are in real hurry as we needed to go somewhere urgently. N the girl who was dealing us replied “ mam this is a showroom. Not a shop k apko pay kerte he cheez mil jaegi. Kue k Hmare rules and regulations hain. K pay kerne k bad GATE PASS banta hai. Phir apko is building se nikal ker sath masjid k pas jana hoga. Waha se Apni drain collect kerni hogi. I kept on waiting again. And then again I asked them k kitna time lge ga. As I need to go. She replied “ mam gate pass hm khud nhe banate. Computer banata hai. Isliye time lagega. And without gate pass we can’t give you the drain. Finally after 45 mins , gate pass came and I went outside to collect the drain from the store room type place. The man sitting over there was extremely rude and told me to wait. As drain ko atey Howe time lagta hai. Robot nhe hain hum jo ap order keren Aur 1 second me apko cheez mil Jae. We kept on waiting. And finally after 1 hour we got our bathroom JAALI worth 3000/- pkr 😅 After the payment, their attitude changed and they treated us like hm unse free me mang rhe hian. Purpose of this post is k kindly Itni acha showroom bana dia hai. Apne rules b thore theek kerlen. Aur customers ko aise treat mat keren. I felt like me diamond set lene gayi hon jiska gate pass banega Aur Wo cheez le ker jaa skte hain. Aur customer ko itna wait kerwate hain. And rude behaviour hain Unke.
