SERVPRO of Lowell

Servpro was great! I had water damage from an ice dam. They immediately came out with fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything up. Then Steve, Adam, Tony, Marc and Jon did the demo work. They were on time, efficient and honest about the project. They were extremely polite and respectful in my home. I highly recommend them!

ServPro of Lowell was at our home within an hour of us realizing that water had stained our ceiling from an ice dam. They came every day to dry out the walls/ceiling and did the demolition when it was needed. They were polite, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and truly worked to make sure that we felt like they cared about our home and were taking care of us. We are so appreciative of how quickly they responded to stop the problem from getting worse, and how lovely they were to work with for the week they were in our home. Steve, Adam, Tony, Marc and Gloria took incredible care of us. Bruce is the reason I knew to call you guys and he was right in his description of the great service I'd receive. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about Steve, Adam, and Tony. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and why, which meant so much to us. They were respectful, professional, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. We were in a panic, and they truly helped ease our fears. Their calm demeanor and patience during a very difficult time did not go unnoticed. With all the snow and ice damage happening right now, I know their workload must be overwhelming, yet they remained steady, understanding, and kind.
