SERVPRO of Jonesboro

Working with ServPro of Jonesboro during the Clean-Up and Repairs of our "House Fire" on August 27, 2025, was made very easy because of the great crew's that arrived to take charge of the Clean-up process, and the Repair Team that followed. The SERVPRO crew was able to come out quickly to mitigate the mold as a result of a water leak behind our kitchen cabinets. They were very professional and made extra efforts to contain dust and noise during the drying process.

They did great job! Everyone so super nice and professional. After removing and cleaning everything, the restoration looks excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and all within or under quote.

SERVPRO of Jonesboro was on our campus less than 4 hours after the fire at our elementary occurred. They worked quickly and efficiently to get water out of the building. They did an outstanding job with the demo and clean up of all salvageable material. They gave detailed reports daily of the progress and estimated time remaining before completion of the project. They were very organized and did an excellent job of cleaning up and leaving the site in great condition for the contractors to come in and begin repairs immediately. This occurred right before school started this year and their work helped to minimize repair time and allowed us to start school uninterrupted with all of our students in the building.
