I called Seeger Glass for a repair to a coal shoot window that had been busted out. They came same day and repaired it within an hour. While they were here I asked about a specialty wooden fan window that I was told from other companies was bad. Seeger came out and fixed it and even sealed the other ones to help make sure all the other glass was stable. They went and found glass that was almost exact to the original glass. I would highly recommend them for any glass work. They are definitely my glass heroes!

Called on a Saturday morning ask about removal of a large mirror (4x6) in our bathroom. He came first thing on Monday morning removed the mirror and hung our framed mirror for us no extra charge. Very friendly, prompt, efficient in and out 15 minutes. Even taking time to pet our dogs. Highly recommend Seeger Glass. Forgot price was very reasonable.

The Seeger Glass Team responded to my call for assistance after an overnight break-in at my retail store. In less than an hour my store front looked good as new. Appreciate your assistance in securing my store, cleaning up the mess, and allowing us to resume business operations. 100% recommend.

Our experience with the commercial glass door installation at the church was, regrettably, less than ideal. I want to offer a balanced perspectiveโ€”not to disparage, but to reflect honestly on what unfolded. From a non-expertโ€™s standpoint, my initial concern was with how the doors were fastened. Tapcon screws were used to anchor the frame, which may not have been the most suitable choice for a commercial application. Once the installation was complete, the frames were left dusty and smudged with oil and fingerprints. The sweeps were misaligned, and the frame itself had visible scratches. To his credit, the installer did return to address these issues. Still, a greater attention to detail and pride in presentation would have gone a long way in establishing trust and professionalism. More significantly, the top panel above the door repeatedly detached. While the fault lay mainly with the manufacturerโ€™s designโ€”relying solely on double-sided tape to hold the panelโ€”the installerโ€™s attempted fixes were insufficient. Rather than reinforcing the gap with a proper backing (such as a 1x4), he applied adhesive behind the panel and added screws covered with sealant. The result was visually unappealing and ultimately ineffective. After the panel fell again and sustained damage, he ordered a replacement and returned to install it. Unfortunately, the same issue recurred, as the new panel was again mounted with tape alone. On his fourth (or possibly fifth) visit, he resorted to driving screws directly through the panel. While this did secure it, the silver screws now stand out starkly against the dark bronze frameโ€”an aesthetic compromise thatโ€™s hard to overlook. On top of that, there are gaps in the panel so that air can come in the frame. Not good during times of cold weather. To be fair, the installer was responsive and made multiple efforts to correct the problems. Heโ€™s not inattentive or unwilling to help. But the solutions offered fell short of commercial standards, and the overall finish lacked the polish we hoped for when we contracted his company. His strengths may lie more in residential work than in the demands of a commercial setting like ours.
