I called this morning and Alex came out within 2 hours. Great customer service! He explained everything he did while repairing and gave his recommendations for aftercare. The service was extraordinary and we will definitely use again!
A Saturday appt with no upcharge….unbelievable!!! Usually there is an extra charge for a weekend issue but not here. The tech Vlad arrived promptly and detected the issue within 10 mins. He was courteous and professional. Unfortunately the refrigerator needed replaced but I felt confident the issue was diagnosed correctly. He explained everything as he looked at the appliance. Would definitely use this company again
Andrey Was able to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator front panel and now I have water and ice Dispensing normally plus the light works after buying a new part which I ordered myself with his directions. He was very professional, skilled and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
Refridgerator Evaporator fan was making a noise, called SC and they dispatched a tech same day, in fact he came an hour earlier than expected. Vlad diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes and repair was complete in under an hour. Great service, very reasonable price. Will definitely them again if the need arises.
