The salon is quite popular in my area, so I decided to get a wax there. However, my experience wasn't great. Firstly, they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Secondly, their work didn't seem professional—they need to improve their standards.

I had gone there for acrylics. Experience was not good. Nails shape is different from other nails. All Staff leaves salon while I was still waiting to dry up nails. Only receptionist was there for me. This was so disappointed. Never gone there again.

Worst Saloon!!! Worst Hair Color Experience Ever! Paid a huge amount for the service but got the worst results imaginable. They clearly have no knowledge of hair colors or techniques and completely ruined my look. They are spoiling the name of world-class hair stylist Mounir with such poor skills and unprofessional work. Totally disappointed! ALTHOUGH THY HAVE WORST MENICURE PEDICURE SERVICE WITH NO BASIC KNOWLEDGE. DIRTY EQUIPMENTS.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My hair coloring appointment took the entire day because there was only one person working on my hair, and none of the other staff stepped in to help. While my hair looked okay immediately after the blow-dry, the color completely washed off after my first shower — turning into a yellow shade that was nothing like what I had asked for. On top of that, my clothes were stained during the process, possibly from bleach or another chemical they used. The salon also provided an apron that was dirty, which was very unhygienic and unprofessional.

I got my keratin , highlights haircut done from sarah salon last year .Just recently got my lash extension done and like always there serviced immaculate and very good. It's my priority to hair or skin service or done from a good place and it's the best one available there. Reasonable, tidy and very cooperative staff . 100% recommended
