If I could give this shop 6 stars, I would. Brought my 2003 Lexus ES300 in on Feb. 13th last month dealing with issues like misfiring and bad rpm fluctuations when idle. Having had my car brought to 3 different mechanics prior, they tried and found no solution. Initially, since it was the 4th mechanic I was bringing my car to get repaired, I was skeptical but decided based on reputation that I could give Sansone's Automotive shop a shot. I made an appointment to have my car dropped off for the team on 2/13/26. The next day I receive a very informative and knowledgeable breakdown of what's going on with my car from Eric and how they were going to go through with repairs. I knew then my car was in safe hands with absolute certainty. By Monday morning 2/16/26, due to pending parts, my car was fixed and running better than ever before the problem! No more misfiring or rpm fluctuations. The team did an excellent job going above and beyond so I can't be more glad to have placed my trust in them. I'll be sure to continue my service with them for any other car issues I have. From the updates to the much appreciated report(s), diagnostic, invoice, and customer service thank you very much to the entire team! If you are looking for any auto shop then look no further because THIS IS THE SHOP in Vegas.

My experience with this automotive company was excellent overall. The staff I worked with were professional, highly knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. When I received my vehicle, the final price was within the original estimate, which I greatly appreciated. The only issue I experienced was that I received an email that was intended to provide a written estimate for the service, but I was unable to open that particular email. Aside from this minor issue, everything else went smoothly. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Sansone’s Automotive to others.

Wouldn't give me an estimate for spark plug replacement. Isn't that a pretty straightforward service? Stated I need to bring my car in just for an estimate. If I am shopping around for the best price, why would I need to drive my vehicle in just to get a quote? This is an odd policy that reeks of potential overselling. This place has good reviews and is right down the street from me. I am disappointed that this is how they choose to approach estimates.

I had such a great experience with Sansone Automotive! From start to finish, they were communicative, super kind, and incredibly informative. Since moving to Henderson, I’ve been looking for an auto shop I could really trust — and I definitely found it with them. They took the time to call me and explain exactly what was going on with my car in detail, which I really appreciated. I never felt confused or pressured, just well-informed and taken care of. Their customer service was truly top-notch. It’s such a relief to find a reliable, honest auto shop. I highly recommend Sansone Automotive to anyone in the Henderson area!
