ANA-Care

It is an excellent organization which provide 24*7 care for patients and small children at very minimal charges. The staff here is highly trained and professional. Moreover there is no security threat. Staff is tagged and in case of any such incident company owns full responsibility. So it can be said that it is a complete caregiving organization.

Extremely pathetic services, the attendents are untrained and know nothing. The customer service is worse than the staff they send, the agency will abandon you mid-way and don't bother taking calls. Ana-Care is unprofessional and has NO trained staff. Do not trust this company with your loved ones. Useless, uncommitted people come and go and you are charged.

This is a great ANA care service because the staff is always very helpful and approachable. The Doctors also take time to listen and discuss any medical concerns of mine. I have never left an appointment disappointed. Thank you very much to everyone at the sevice keep up the great work.They provided reassurance taking his time to thoroughly go through each issue. He gave both medical advice as well as lifestyle advice. He was extremely professional, took great precautions following up with blood tests as well as medications and excellent advice

Its so easy to criticise so I thought id provide a review. I meant to give feedback sometime ago but just didn't get round to it.It is also approachable , friendly , kind and puts patients at ease. So keep up the good work. A special mention to the Reception staff too, thank you for being friendly and positive. Thank goodness a friendly face greets you when you arrive. And a mention for the doctor who is also someone who also offers that friendly approachable touch . Keep up the good work too.

Worst services ever. The staff is very unprofessional. We had an experience with 3 of their staffs and all of them knew nothing. Terrible services ever. Their receptionist is such a bad woman. She doesn't even listen to what the customer is saying. Inshort it was an awful experience with them.
