They should have educate their staff first about customer dealing. Very rude, arrogant and uneducated staff, they just only know how to show off their money, their expensive watch, bag, dress, and their fake English Accent. Their staff is racist, they will treat you on the basis of your appearance. If you look like you're a middle class, then you'll not receive polite responses, proper information, and even the school visit. They will refrain you from visit by saying that visit is not allowed. Like what do you mean by that, you're running an abroad school franchise, and don't you know that they allow everyone to visit their university, even they arrange an open visit. And here in Pakistan, we will receive information on behalf of our appearance and bank balance. Too much disappointment. No one cares about how much expensive is your dress, we only care about our kids future so be responsible towards your job. Thanks

If you want to spoil your child's future, then consider this school.I would not recommend this school to anyone. It is a scam that is an actual place of learning. They brainwash students and make them follow rules blindly. The teaching quality is very poor—students come out with almost zero practical knowledge or understanding. It’s really frustrating to see education treated like this. Please think twice before sending your child here.

The computers and headphones provided were in excellent working condition. I didn't experience any technical glitches, which speaks volumes about the quality of their equipment and preparation. The invigilators were a great help; they were professional, gave clear instructions, and were quick to assist with any questions without being disruptive. Their presence was reassuring, and they maintained a very disciplined environment. Even the facilities outside the exam hall were top-notch. The restrooms were clean and hygienic, which is often a concern at such places. I also noticed that the campus has a cafeteria and other facilities that are a testament to its focus on student and visitor well-being. It's clear that this is a place designed to support a conducive learning and testing environment, not just for regular students but also for external candidates. Overall, my experience at Roots Ivy Educational Complex as an IELTS candidate was fantastic. The combination of an organized process, a comfortable and quiet testing environment, and a highly professional team made the day significantly less stressful.
