A grand shopping mall with spacious parking outside the hustle and bustle of the city where all the necessities of life are found under one roof, that too at a reasonable price.

I’ve been a regular customer of this mall for over a year now, spending PKR 30,000 to 40,000+ every month, and I’ve had enough of their fraudulent “Risen Card” loyalty program. Initially, they promised that every purchase would earn points, and once you hit 1,000 points, you could redeem them for products. But the story kept changing: • When I reached 1,000 points, they suddenly said now you need 2,000 points to redeem. • When I was about to hit 2,000, they said “Ramzan Offer” is active – no points will be added. • After Ramzan, they said “Eid Offer” – again no points. • Now they claim the whole system has changed, and the old cards can’t even be scanned! • They’re giving out new cards, but when I made purchases worth PKR 20,000–30,000 recently, they said those points won’t be added to the new card either – seriously? What kind of scam is this? This is pure fraud. Customers are lured into spending more with false promises of rewards, and when the time comes to redeem – the terms change, the card doesn’t scan, and your hard-earned points just vanish. Why should customers suffer because your system can’t scan a barcode? The number is printed on the card, it could easily be manually entered. But clearly, the goal is not to reward loyalty – it’s to trick people into spending more. For a mall that claims to be customer-focused, this is a shamefully low-class and dishonest practice. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before trusting this place. Stop treating customers like fools. We’re not shopping for your benefit – you’re running because of us.
