I’m so grateful I found Les and Retego. I shopped around for a long time. Our water quality has improved dramatically. Custom system for our needs. No more dry hair and skin, no more crusty taps and shower heads and no more massive amounts of sediment in our water heaters and appliances. Reverse osmosis drinking water that reintroduces healthy minerals and tastes divine! I bring my water with me everywhere I go! Les and one of his men came and installed everything. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were timely and clean. A dream to work with. Best customer service. Don’t hesitate.

I'm actually not all that picky about my drinking water. As a Gen X'er, I grew up drinking out of the hose and public drinking fountains, after all. But after recently moving to Bountiful, our drinking water tasted just...funky, even through the refrigerator filter. A Google search led me to Retego Labs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Les' responsiveness, expertise, and enthusiasm are second to none. He thoroughly tested our water with state-of-the-art equipment and recommended a course of action (the test results were shocking, by the way). No more crusty hard water spots. Even showers feel better. The ice cubes used to be an opaque milky cloud that left behind residue in your glass. They are now crystal clear. And a side-by-side test of a glass of our tap water with a glass of Fiji bottled water – I absolutely could not tell the difference, in both appearance and taste. And a huge improvement in the taste of a pour-over coffee! We really hit the jackpot with Retego Labs. Worth every penny!

I bet you have no idea what's in your water. We got our water tested and it's fascinating. There's so much more than just water hardness. Our subsequent water filtration needs were customized to our water report. Aside from testing, working with Retego has been an enjoyable process. It's really edifying working with people who are passionate about their craft. Highly recommend!

I work with Retego labs regularly. There is no one who knows more about water chemistry and how to treat water to detailed specifications. They are friendly and responsive and fun to work with. Les is passionate about what does, and his knowledge is second to none.
