One year go a Technician came out and completed thorough in-home water testing, made a recommendation that fit my budget AND corrected all my problems…and a week later my water was fixed. Had four filtration systems installed, now my washer fills up without strain of sediment, No more staining from iron, no more corrosion from acidic pH, no more calcium build up from hard water, and a year later my water is still crystal clear. Very professional company! Got a mailer last month about free water testing, sent in a request for an appointment. Adam came out and tested the water, explained the test results, and offered a very cost effective solution. At no time did I feel pressured into making the purchase, which is important to me. I have iron in my water. So the Pure Experts recommended to replace current softener and carbon filter with ozone iron remover with new softener. They came on time and did a very professional install looks top notch. The initial ozone pump had an issue and Seth and Alexa our installers decided to come back the next day and put in a whole new pump. Still had some issues so Seth and Alexa came back again for the third time made some minor tweaks, and now its up and working perfectly. Service after the sale has been top notch. The difference this has made has changed my whole family's well being no more stinky hard water. From start to finish the process was simple and easy no hard pressure sales tactics just honest genuine conversation about how they can help me with my water. I would highly recommend them if you have any water conditioning needs.
