Sergio and his team are very professional and responsive. We had a water damage in the kitchen and part of the living room and they responded quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the mitigation and restoration work that they did. Dustin did a phenomenal job installing the LVPs and fixing the walls and ceiling. He is thorough and hardworking. Sergio and his crew were very professional from start to finish. They clearly explained the work they were going to perform in my crawl space, including the insulation and HVAC installation, and made sure I understood every step of the process. They were punctual, respectful of my home, and kept the work area clean the entire time. Anytime I had a question or concern, they responded right away and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the work being done, the quality of their workmanship shows. I had a flood in my downstairs ceiling. RestoreX showed up dried it out and put it back together. Great service overall. Highly would recommend them.

We had water damage at our home and had a great experience with Restorex. The crew was professional, presentable, and super friendly from the start. You could tell right away that they actually care about their customers and their work. They wore booties, laid down plastic, and set up containment to protect the rest of the house, which we really appreciated. They were respectful of our home and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. Sergio did a great job communicating with us, keeping us informed and explaining what was happening along the way. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I cannot say enough good things about this team!! Sergio, who is the owner of the company ,showed up within an hour of my phone call. The team, Christian and Adam are fast, efficient, friendly, extremely Respectful of my 85-year-old mother who was very determined to have things her way. They accommodated her to the best of their ability. They made sure she was safe. All the cords are taped down pathways were made so she could get through the house. And they insured that she had all of her needs met. This is a pretty good size job three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen and my mom is able to stay in her home. Sergio explained everything in detail upfront and is very patient , very knowledgeable annd very understanding when I called him 1 million times throughout the day and into 7 PM at night !! I can tell he has spent a lot of years in this business. His business contacts allowed for a wonderful plumber, MARIO To come in and do His job in an efficient and positive manner. They’ve worked very closely with the insurance adjuster to make sure they had all the information they need to make this as pleasant and experience as possible in such an uncomfortable situation. I highly highly recommend this team. These people are just absolutely amazing.!! Christian, and Adam are two of the most respectful, hard-working gentleman I have met!! This is still ongoing, but I just cannot say enough about these folks And I wanted to get the word out that if you were in a situation where you need a restoration company please call Restorex!!
