This location replaced my ps5 hdmi port same day and did it at a way better price. Thankful its in my neighborhood.

I have been here several times for my Android phone: loose charging port, battery replacement, & this time a screen replacement. They are always way faster and way less expensive than I thought each repair would be. I was there at 20 minutes before opening so I would be first in line When they opened at 11:00. LOL. Pedro got there 15 minutes before opening and let me wait inside which I didn't expect. It was very hot already and I'm old and definitely appreciated being in the air conditioning instead of standing outside in the hot sun. I had a seat and was expecting to wait 15 minutes but after just a couple minutes Pedro asked If he could help me. This was still about 10 minutes before the official store opening!! Excellent service the likes of which you rarely see these days. I left the phone and went to the eye doctor. While I was there I got a call on my friend's phone that they had a diagnosis and a quote. I authorized the repair and by the time my eye exam was over I got a call that my phone was ready and I stopped by and picked it up on the way home!!! Wowwww. I run a local Facebook garden club of about 4,000 members and when I posted that I was back online and that Repair Republic was awesome I got soooo many comments from people agreeing with me!! They definitely have a great reputation in the community.

Very professional, welcoming and respectful, very helpful and efficient. They have transparent pricing and tell you ahead of tepairs how much things are going to cost. I like that they have no surprise charges. I definitely recommend this place. I have had several phones repaired in the past and definitely will definitely think of this place in the future for my tech needs.

Absolutely awful experience. Took my son’s phone in for a simple screen repair, and they somehow managed to lock the phone completely, making it unusable. Instead of fixing their mistake, they just stood there awkwardly and said, “That’s so unlucky,” as if that was supposed to help. The only “solution” they offered was a full factory reset, which erased all of my son’s data—photos, messages, everything—because they were incapable of undoing their own error. A phone repair shop that breaks your phone even worse and then shrugs it off is beyond unprofessional. If you value your time, money, and data, take your phone somewhere else.

DONT GO HERE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND SCAMMERS, went to this place to get the back of my iphone 14 pro replaced and once they returned my phone back worse than when I had left it with them, although they fixed the back part of the iphone my phone started experiencing problems which was battery overheating when I would barely put it to charge or use one app not even mulitple when before my battery was 100% healthy and now its at 50%, then the phone would not update no matter how many times I would try to update it, and last the phone service does not work at all I had it looked at by the service provider themselves and they told me this place specifically had done something to my phone to make it not work and on top of everything when I went back the man at the register told me it would cost approximately 400$ to get it fixed when they were the ones who wrecked my phone in the first place trying to "fix" it and that itself was almost 300$ so not only do they fix the spicific problem you had but they create more problems with the phone and possibly look at your information so you will keep coming back paying money to a company thats scamming you. While I was there another customer came in with the same problems invloving the battery and the man working there gave the same excuses he gave to me which was that he never had seen that and that he would check it out, the same worker also told me that all the employees are new so thats already not a great sign, PLEASE DONT GO HERE AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU CAN!
