Joe did a great job showing us ranges and explaining the different options offered on various brands. We trusted his suggestions. Delivery the next day was exceptional! We were pleasantly surprised by how early they arrived (we were their second delivery of the day), and we were impressed by how they carried the range in on straps rather than a hand truck. Very clever delivery. Happy to be cooking again!

My purchase with JC was quick and easy. He showed me the brands of over the range microwaves I was interested in. The paperwork for the purchase, a rebate, delivery and set up was explained. The installers that came (on schedule) to install the microwave did a great job. They even cleaned up the area after they were finished. It was a quick process, removing the old microwave, installing the new one and hauling it away. I was very pleased with overall process.

This is my second purchase from Queen City. the 1st was a dish washer about 2 years ago. they were wonderful and helpful. I have not problems with it. On Sunday 2/8/26 my stand up freezer died. I had to throw away most of the food in it. at 5:15pm I called Queen City and they took my call immediately, I was also checking prices on line. We choose a freezer I paid for it and was told it world be delivered the next day! It was delivered about 2pm. The two gentlemen that brought it in were so pleasant and helpful! No rush, allowed me to clean the floor under the old freezer before they installed the new one. It was easy with all I had going on they did not stress me out. 5* for great staff to great staff! Thank you to Joe for making this purchase so easy and quick.

I was very pleased with my experience at Queen City. Joe was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He was able to set up next day delivery. The delivery people were here in the time frame I was given and set up my new washer with no issues. This is my second appliance purchase form Queen City, and I plan to go there again the next time I need a new appliance.

Winkler showed me several options around my price point and was very knowledgeable about their products. The delivery and installation was fast, professional, and with good communication throughout.
