They did an excellent job restoring my old boots. Replaced the sole and heel on each and made them look brand new. Price was very fair for the quality job done. Turnaround time was only around one day. I will be taking more of my leather goods here in the future! 10/10

We highly recommend this repair shop. What the name does not mention is their reupholstery service. We had a faux leather recliner whose cushions and seat quickly frayed and became unsightly in a short time. We called Diana at Quality Shoe Repair and Luggage and they offered to pick the old recliner, immediately reupholster it in real leather and return it. A polite young man appeared at our door at a mutually convenient day & time. He carted the recliner away. The same young man returned in less than a week with the same chair, looking much much better than it looked when new. The leather work was superb. They kept their word, exceeded our expectations on timing and quality of the finished product. We recommend them highly.

Super impressed with the service here. They're being very underrated, in my opinion. After 3 years of waiting with what to do with my broken Coach purse, as sending to Coach would have taken 3 months and $180 (I believe it was), they had my bag fixed in two days for $50. They even tacked down the curling edges of the straps to look more sleek. I wish I had taken pictures to do a before and after picture. Sure the straps aren't as shiny like the original design but they're black leather which should now last forever. Not sure why Coach makes a handbag with leather straps then attached them to cheap vinyl to make handles...oh wait it's so you have to spend more money to have them fix it later if they even still have the parts to do so. Best of all besides no fuss service you get a free estimate and, as I stated previously, awesome results.

Absolutely incredible! Talented and fair prices! I recently discovered this shop. I have had them work on a few jobs for me already and their work is stellar. Most recently, I brought in a pair of ostrich boots that unfortunately had a stain with a substance that bonded with the leather. In all my attempts to get the stain out, I made it worse...far wose than in the picture. The shop was able to mix dyes/leather paint to match the color and they completely fixed covered the stain. The boots look brand new! I highly recommend this shop! They have fast turnaround too!
