Qila

Qila Sialkot is a very historical place of Sialkot. That was build by Raja Sal , later on population increased around the fort and a town on the name of raja Sal called Sialkot emerged. Now a days in this fort there are govt. Offices and a govt college. Municipal corporation, District council, Dipty. Director anti cruption office, chairman office and mayor office are established by the govt on this fort. There are two beautiful small parks and two mosques. A historical tank from the war of 1965 is displayed as a symbol of bravery by the people of Sialkot who did their best to stop the Indian troops and save the dignity morality and prosperity of the loved mother land . By standing at the Fort a person can enjoy the arial view of the city.

Visited Sialkot Fort and had a good experience overall. The place has its own charm despite not being very well maintained. Worth a visit if you're nearby.
