internet is not working, bills are increasing, performance is 279ms jittery. Ping is 279ms and download is 13mbps, upload 20 mbps. Ptcl employees should pay for their own internet

WLL , land lines and fiber connectivity they are doing great as ISP provider.woth.goodnrates amd secure data centers. Visit their HQ amd satellite town tier 3 cloud data center.

They are fraudulent. Never trust them. They don't even deserve 1 star. It's been 3 months that we paid connection fee, and after getting the fee they said there is no feasibility in your area. Although before payment they confirmed the feasibility. They didn't return our money yet and instead of accepting their mistake and refunding, they misbehave. Especially the Saddar Branch Rawalpindi. And Head office service is also pathetic, they keep on telling lies. Cheap staff, cheap company

Worst ISP experience. Constant disconnections, red light (LOS) issues, and no urgency from support. Fiber line damaged, still no replacement after multiple complaints. Paying full charges for half the service. PTCL doesn’t care — just copy-paste replies and delays.. Not recommended at all.

You give 2.2 MB speed in a 20 MB package, you charge the customer for 20 MB, you give 2 MP speed, this is such a local crappy service, this is what I want to tell you all about PTCL people, don't install PTCL's net. Because these people are among the ones with the worst service. I have been complaining for the last 4 months. Every time I complain, It works fine for two to four days, then the same problem occurs again. You can see this evidence in the picture.
