PTCL F-11 Exchange

Better off calling their UAN... this facility turned 90 degrees worse in past couple of years with extremely uncooperative staff considering themselves government officers or kings. Won't share information, extremely incompetent, always trying to rip you off with an overall low quality of service added by equally low quality of WIFI n live channels.

Poor service plus the manager fawad and fahad both males are nonsense they dont know how to behave with females

I registered a complaint for my PTCL internet/landline service in F-11, Islamabad on 18th July at 3:32 PM via their helpline. No one contacted me, so the next day (19th July) I personally visited the PTCL office in F-11. Initially, staff said there was no record of my complaint. After some checking, they found it and passed it to the relevant field team. Two technicians were sent around 2:00 PM on the same day. They spent an hour at the site but left without fixing the issue, saying they didn’t have a ladder and weren’t sure what was wrong. I contacted the area supervisor, who assured me the issue would be resolved that day. Later, I was told another technician would come instead. He confirmed over the phone that he’d arrive within an hour, but then stopped responding completely. I kept calling between 4:45 PM and 7:00 PM—no response, and no one showed up. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was eventually told that the issue might not even fall under their team's responsibility, after they had already visited. The entire process was disorganized, with no clear accountability or communication. I lost a full day waiting for technicians who didn’t follow through. Very disappointing service experience. PTCL seriously needs to fix its complaint tracking and field operations.

You give 2.2 MB speed in a 20 MB package, you charge the customer for 20 MB, you give 2 MP speed, this is such a local crappy service, this is what I want to tell you all about PTCL people, don't install PTCL's net. Because these people are among the ones with the worst service. I have been complaining for the last 4 months. Every time I complain, It works fine for two to four days, then the same problem occurs again. You can see this evidence in the picture.
