I was recently referred to this company by a representative from Perfect Block for my upcoming ICF home project. Based on their recommendation and the company’s reputation, I was genuinely looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately, my experience during a phone call last Wednesday with an employee named Lance was disappointing. He seemed uninterested in helping, told me the company was too busy to take on my project, and stated that they don’t build ICF homes in California due to permitting issues. This directly contradicted what I was told by Perfect Block—that this company has successfully completed several ICF homes in the state. The call left me feeling dismissed and as though my inquiry was an inconvenience.
Maverick from PSE Consulting has been incredible at helping me get a permit for my yurt. He was so sweet about helping me figure out the level of assistance I actually needed, even looking over the comments from my county and interpreting them for free. This is obviously a team of people who really care and want to give exemplary and accessible service. I found them to be knowledgeable, kind, budget friendly, and professional. I highly recommend working with them.
We have worked with Vik for many years and his is amazing to work with. He is licensed in all 50 states and that is a huge asset to our company. We also appreciate the great value of his pricing. Going forward we would recommend PSE Consulting, Vik has been very professional.
As the VP for a company that designs and manufactures prefabricated outdoor shelters, I would highly recommend PSE Consulting Engineers. We design and ship our shelters all over the USA and Canada, and we have been utilizing the services of PSE for over 13 years. We mostly work with Vik Venevelli, who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and more than capable to successfully complete all of the different type of projects that we have thrown at him all these years. Their service is fast, accurate and fairly priced.
Jose Lepe-Gonzales and his team are amazing.. they are continuing to check in making sure I don’t need anything while we wait out me selling my old house to have them build me a custom house .. I appreciate their time and effort
