Great support has been provided by Propel over the last few years I've been with my current company. From printer problems to network troubleshooting they have always solved it quickly and efficiently. Goran has especially been a great help, resolving around a dozen of my tickets so far with each of varying difficulty.
Propel and Goran did a great job dealing with an issue that required reformatting my computer and reinstalling/connecting everything despite some annoying setbacks with various software vendors. Only small issue was occasional lack of communication with steps being taken, but that was very minor compared to the overall good experience.
Propel has been great to work with and I highly recommend them. Goran quickly addressed our needs and set us up for our business needs. Turnaround time is fantastic, all of our inquiries have been resolved and addressed quickly.
