He not only walked me thru the entire process of getting my laptop back up and functioning but also helped me thru such an intense panic attack I was having over my laptop not functioning and being scared to lose precious data. He was kind, intelligent, eloquently spoken and also offered a very resourceful program for file finding on PC. I built a computer in Colorado (CO) for a relative in Massachusetts (MA).
