My AC went out on a Sunday. Monday my wife called a company and they came out. They found the problem and told me it would be $350 to replace the first issue then he could find the next issue. I was given Braxton's number by another company that I called. He was able to come out that evening and check out the unit. He was able to get the unit up and running within a few minutes and get the unit stable enough until we could get a new unit put in. Fast-forward a week and the unit finally gave out. Thankfully they had an opening the next day to get the new unit installed. Mike and Austin were great doing the install. All of these young men were very professional and courteous. They were quick and efficient with the install. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I won't be calling anyone else for my HVAC needs.

I called and talked with Braxton on what could possibly be happening with my hvac system. He was able to get out quickly to figure out the problem and repair it within a few hours. Very professional, quick, and friendly. I would recommend them 10/10 times for any future hvac needs.

Responded promptly to my service request, scheduled a tech for the next morning. Braxton showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my Carrier AC unit. Payment via credit card was easy. I will be contacting them again next time I have a HVAC need. I don't see a service area map on their website, but they do service Madison City.
