Polar Air and heating did an excellent job. Bali and Memo the managers were very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, super friendly and made the decision to chose them easy. Bali closed the deal with me with an excellent price. I got a new Lennox 2.5 16.5 seer for an amazing price with included 3 year labor and 10 year parts. The team that installed were very professional, cleaned up after themselves. My AC feels like a dream. It barely makes any noise when on and I can no longer hear my AC from inside the house. I am so happy I went with Polar Air and heating. I did shop around. Polar air is the best choice.

My fiancé and I bought a home not too long ago with a 20+ year old HVAC unit. When we got the home they said the type we had lasts about 10-15 years. It worked well for a bit, but we were already expecting and preparing to replace it. It eventually gave out so we called around to a few different places and ultimately went with Polar air because it was the most affordable. Memo was our technician and he was very respectful, kind, and professional. He explained everything that was going on with the unit and worked with us on getting it replaced quickly. Today was install day! My 2 AC Units and HVAC system got replaced. Miguel and his team arrived on time, they placed cellophane on the floors to make sure everything would stay clean, the HVAC is in the attic but it all fit through the small opening, not sure how but they didn’t have to cut through the ceiling, the crane came in on time and the operator did a fantastic job replacing the 2 units and so fast. They worked so quickly and well, they were very professional, kind and everything looks spotless. Thank you for such a smooth and stress free project day!

I had these guys come out every year for the last 6 years to check my AC without fail. Unfortunately the last year the compressor broke and this AC unit was so old that they could not find a replacement part. That's okay I was due for a new air conditioner. I paid $9,800 for a new one. I had 5 years to pay it off interest-free which was great. The service personnel that come out here are always top-notch and do a great job. It's a great company and they won't rip you off. If there's something wrong with your AC after they inspect it they will take pictures and show you. Can't go wrong with these folks.

Our technician Marc MATTISON was very helpful in explaining our ac unit he has been out for yearly maintenance with the information he provided we decided it was time for a new unit. Marc was very friendly and professional I will request him for our yearly maintenance inspections.
