Great service
Called around 10am. Some guy answered and said it was pobot repair. Told him a brief description of my problem and all I got was "I don't know" *call ended*

Great service!
I called just to get some advice and he was incredibly helpful. The man who runs the place is retired but he still does computer work. Delightful interaction and incredibly friendly. After a full day of trying to find someone to help me, I had given up and this was my last phone call- needless to say he lifted my spirits and had a lot of knowledge on my problem.
