I brought in a laptop for some upgrades, and unfortunately due to my own time constraints had to pick it back up before it was finished. Despite that, I’d whole heartedly recommend this place! Knowledgeable employees, superb customer service, and very clean store. Next time I’m back in town, I will 100% be coming back to pIT!

I bought an HP touchscreen, I'm not a computer person and I don't have the proper computer language, I'm just a woman with a laptop. My granddaughter stomped on the screen (she disagreed about screen time and acted out) so the computer sat for MONTHS. I called several people about repair cost and ALL but PIT told me I'd have to bring it in and stated there would be a price for the inspection. Tracey from PIT quoted me over the phone after giving her the model number. She told me this price over the phone was a guesstimate but it gave me a ballpark to work with. I sat on that knowledge for several more months and decided to just do it, but because it had been so long I had forgotten what shop I had called. So, I got on Google reviews and called the first shop that came up; the man who answered was extremely short with me and disrespectful when I explained that I had been given a quote earlier. I am SO GLAD I followed my instinct and continued calling. AS SOON AS Tracey answered I knew it was the RIGHT place! Soooo, I was told it'd be probably a week after drop off, which made me laugh because what was another week? I dropped it off on a Wednesday, she called later and gave me the price after they checked it out, I approved it and BAMMM, I picked it up on Friday. Only one full day of wait time. This PIT Computers Inc, yeah...quick, efficient, friendly, and all at a GREAT price! What more could a customer want? The service is top notch! I'll never go anywhere else.
