If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they not stand by the ethics they tote, they caused damage and instead of taking ownership, blamed the paying customer and did not resolve the issue. Their reply is inaccurate. How do I know? Because I was the customer. I sent my adult male children to get an item repaired for their father, specifically the screen becoming unglued to the bezel. I approved all charges, even when they called wanting more money for A "swollen battery" repair. I know the condition of the watch before it was given to the store. I know the condition after it was returned. I know the condition when the repair that we paid for wasn't done correctly. I didn't go all Karen on them but do not think I won't in these comments when they are discrediting a review of truth. Do not use these people. They do not stand behind their work. They actually caused more issues than when the item was brought into their store. There are honest people that do honest work by these are not them. Find another repair place for your own peace of mind and money.

Took my iPhone 15 pro for screen and back fix. He claims he has special machine to fix it. Also asking for my phone password was VERY suspicious. Now the phone overheats with normal use won’t charge when it’s hot or use camera flash. Also will not charge when hot. They WILL NOT help you I called they claim their guy is on vacation.

I got my phone screen fixed here 2x from this place about a month or so apart and each time it breaks again. I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone. $175 down the drain and now I have to get a new phone. This photo is from yesterday 12/01, it’s been a little over a month and i haven’t dropped it or got it wet. Unacceptable!!

I had accidentally stepped on my phone and it broke front glass in two spots. The nice gentleman working there made us a great deal and had it replaced in 1.5 hours ( probably faster but that is the amount of time he allowed fir himself to complete!!! I am super happy and now I have no worries of losing my data or phone service on our up coming vacation!!! THANK YOU PHONE EXPERTS!!! ALSO, replacing my husband's today!!!
