Installers were excellent and careful in their installation. Wire from 4 prong to 3 prong switched on site which went quite smoothly. The crew was very meticulous in getting the height of th oven just right and spent time in adjusting to rest flush on marble counter. Great Job! Very Happy!!!

We had a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stove delivered from Pacific Home and Appliance Distribution yesterday. The delivery men where on time , very polite, took great care in bringing in all of the appliances, put them exactly where we requested. It was an excellent experience! Also shopping at PHAD was really wonderful. The selection and presentation are very good and our knowledgeable sales girl, Leslie made decision making easy. In addition, everything arrived in perfect condition.

I recently bought a window AC from PHAD and couldn’t be happier. The price was great, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Nikki. She’s easily one of the best sales reps I’ve worked with in a long time, and that’s coming from someone who spent years in wireless industry sales. She was prompt, warm, and incredibly detail-oriented. Everything felt smooth and effortless, and she explained everything clearly and confidently during our call. On top of that, when my mother went to pick up the AC, the team even loaded it into her car for her. That level of care goes a long way. PHAD, if you’re listening… give this girl a raise! She’s a gem.

Nikki was fantastic. She was bright pleasant kind. She knew her stuff and if she didn’t know she was open and honest. I would deal with her again. She sent us information promptly afterwards as well. She was very very good
