Super nice staff and a very nice vibe in the store with community driven approach to selling jewelry. Nice, fair, and intelligent. I didn’t get her name but the blonde lady helped me and she was great.

Such an amazing local jewelry store, after having tried multiple other places who said they would have to send it out to get my wife's wedding ring fixed, I gave Pfaff's a shot and they were able to fix it on site. Such a friendly and amazing staff, would recommend to anyone.
