I was riding my 110cc motorcycle around and was hearing a noise near my rear wheel. I saw Donald outside working and asked him if I could borrow a tool to tighten up whatever was making the noise. He ended up helping me by tightening up the bolts on my rear wheel to torque and looking up the torque spec online! Super nice guy from the 5 minutes I interacted with him, doesn't seem like he has a single bad bone in his body. Thanks again Donald!

Amazing service. I called the day-of for a pre-purchase inspection on a pre-owned Miata and the team at Pete Lea's were able to accommodate for it. Joe gave me an incredibly thorough report of the car's condition and was honest and detailed about everything that he found. Everybody at the shop was friendly. If I need service in the Olympia area, I will be coming back!

In a world where local/neighborhood businesses, retailers, and service oriented neccessities for daily living are dwindling down to a bare minimum, it’s hard to find honesty coupled with great work. Especially when looking for a great mechanic to service my beloved 1989 VW Westfalia full camper. Recently and with a long backcounty overland trip planned… I needed the new Bilstein HD shocks, 25mm HD swaybar, that I had already purchased and in my possession installed. When I explained the somewhat dire need to get the work done before my leaving date… Lindsay (office mgr) at Pete Lea’s was super nice and squeezed my Westy in their busy schedule and the work was done with great expertise. I have great gratitude to Pete, Lindsay, and Pete’s crew and have had more work done on my beloved Westy since and I highly suggest Pete Lea’s Automotive. 🙏

Best automotive experience I've ever had! Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, technician went above and beyond to explain things to me, and price was reasonable. I'll never take my Audi anywhere else. I'm only sad they don't work on domestic cars too!
