Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore

I recently stayed at the Pearl Continental Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. A special mention goes to Rubab at the reception — she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Her warm hospitality made the check-in process smooth and set the perfect tone for my stay. Overall, a truly pleasant experience — I’d highly recommend the Pearl Continental to anyone looking for comfort, class, and outstanding service.

PC Hotel Lahore a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of options. However, Overall, I'd give it 5 stars and recommend it for its excellent service and central location.

Daily housekeeping ensured everything was spotless. The staff’s service was also very impressive—every employee was friendly, professional, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Room service was always on time, and the quality was excellent. The Health Club and Wellness Spa at PC Hotel Lahore exceeded expectations. The PC Lahore gym was amazing and Well-maintained, the swimming pool spotless, Hygiene. The spa at PC Lahore had a nice fragrance all around, and the air conditioning kept the atmosphere cool. The steam and sauna were excellent, Overall Great Experience. Thanks to Mr. Waseem Khalid for the great service. Highly recommend!

Lahore PC is a been there forever hotel and we had concern could be dated, but this was not the case. Fresh and airy and a modern but classic touch. We choose it due to its location in Lahore with ”close” distance to the busy city. Its located on busy beautiful Mall Road. Had it as first stop to find good hotel for several weeks, but decided to look no further and stay on at PC. Hospitality from staff is key issue to the pleasant hotel and I must say that after long day arriving from Europe and checking in spontaneously close to midnight the receptionist M. Sohail placed the solid foundation in helping us to book what became favourite room. Also next day meeting with reception manager was energetic and good. A hotel is just a building that people working there fill with kindness and excellent service. Appreciated.
