Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Food & Service I had a truly awful experience with Pazookie Mirpur. I initially tried placing an order through Food Panda, but they refused to accept cash due to the order value. I then called and spoke to a gentleman who said he would send a number to place the order directly — I waited 30 minutes and heard nothing. Eventually, I drove down in person. When I explained the issue, the staff showed zero concern or interest in resolving the situation. I even pointed out that this kind of careless attitude could cost them business, but they clearly didn't care. As for the food: The smash burger was disgusting — the meat smelled off and ended up in the bin. The chicken parmesan was just dry chicken with some cheese thrown on top — completely tasteless and not even close to a proper parmesan. Overall, a very appalling experience with both customer service and food quality. Definitely won’t be returning.

Fish and chips was good. Parmasean was disappointing just tasted like frozen chicken burger with pizza sauce and fermented cheese. Dessert was very good. Cookie dough was nice And so was the waffles

If I could leave zero stars I would. Waited nearly an hour for our order even though there wasn’t a single other person in there. Staff had a staring problem; wouldn’t take their eyes off us the whole time we were waiting for our food- made us feel very uncomfortable. When the food came it was cold, dry and disgusting, on top of that staff held our food hostage for 5 mins after it arrived so they could take pictures and videos of it (I have no idea why because it was nasty). Found hair in the food and when we told the staff they dismissed our concerns. 0/10 would NOT recommend!

The reason for giving 3 stars is?. There table services are too slow.. we ordered few things, they took 1 hr+ mints to deliver our order on table, but there maximum time is about 15-20 min.. In and out door Seating, Table Service, Delivery, Takeout, Private Dining, Parking Available. Serves all kinds of desserts. Everyone's favorite desserts in one place! Cookie Dough, Waffles, Crepes & More. Accepts Mastercard/Visa, Digital Payments, Credit Cards, Family style.

This place was awful.We had to wait like 40 minutes just for 3 items (A burger,fries,Oreo shake).They didn't included the shake and when I went to take the order there was no shake they said it will only take 3 minutes to make it took 10 minutes. They said they accepted both cash and card but when I went to pay they said they don't accept cards.Like what the hell. The food is trash It feels like eating rubber the fries are like cardboard and the shake it doesn't had any Oreos it only had milk in it one staff member was Soo rude. I hated it. 0/10. Never doing again.
