Paul Davis Restoration of Rock Hill

We woke up on a Saturday morning to water raining down from our second floor bathroom into the kitchen below. We were surprised to find that a pipe was leaking down through the ceiling, and had flooded the main floor of our home. We called Paul Davis Restoration's emergency number and their mitigation team came out the same day to start drying out our home. Jennifer was our project manager, who was able to work through the insurance claim process without a hitch to get our whole kitchen replaced with new cabinets as well as the hardwood floors. Jennifer and the whole team were very professional and responsive and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration!

We had a water leak from an ice maker. We had to have our floors repaired and refinished. Jeremy Reynolds and his team with Paul Davis Restoration did an amazing job! On time and every step was communicated with great results. Could not have had a better result!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Paul Davis Restoration of Rock Hill. After experiencing a water leak that intruded from my next-door neighbor, I hired them for mitigation and full restoration/repairs, and they were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Justin Johnson and the entire team was professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. Not only did they handle the water damage flawlessly, but they also went above and beyond by helping with additional, unrelated repairs. They even took the time to follow up on issues with my back door where rain and air were getting in, something they didn’t have to do, but chose to because they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. The craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill with integrity and true customer service, but they absolutely do. Because of this experience, I will be hiring them in March or April to redo my kitchen countertops, and I look forward to working with them again. If you need restoration and remodeling work done, I highly recommend them without hesitation. FIVE STARS!

Insurance claim was filed due to roof leaking into wall in bedroom. Insurance company suggested Paul Davis to us. They came out. All of them were very nice. Before insurance could approve the repairs Paul Davis guys had cut out a portion of the wall and ceiling. Leaving a big hole in the ceiling. It was very hot in the room. They dried up the wall area. Came back a couple times to do this. Then no one came back. Insurance company only approved so much. So we were stuck repairing the wall and ceiling repairs that Paul Davis employees ripped out. After we got it fixed back. Paul Davis co. Started calling wanting money for the work done. Insurance did send a check for that portion. But Paul Davis co. Did nothing for us but make a huge mess we had to clean up. I do not recommend them. They are nice. But when they do not get the money from insurance company they bail. Leaving you to fix the mess they make and expect to be paid for that mess they make. It’s a rip off!

I had roof damage from the hail storm last year and had water pouring into my living room and sunroom. Paul Davis was recommended by my insurance. From the very first meeting with Jennifer every item was addressed and she went above and beyond answering my questions during the repair process. They replaced my roof and two rooms of water soaked ceilings were also removed and replaced. I have also used their services a second time for some remodel items in my bedroom and kitchen. All of the teams were very professional and kind to me. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again.
