No doubt food deserves 3/5 cuz food is too much salty despite saying and, reason behind the service 2/5 is that they always delay the order. One of the worst things is their washrooms are so smelly that a person prefers to hold....

Taste is alright, not of high level. I ordered mutton karahi, it was not so tasty.

Visit 2 times in a week first time mutton was very salty, 2nd time the order was misunderstood instead of Makhni Handi (written on the menu) served with Makhni Karahi, No proper plan for the family entrance,, moreover the ambience was not comfortable due insufficient cooling.

I order chanp masala and Desi murgh , chanp was delicious but small in size and murgh is best ever I eat

I recently visited the Pak Rohani Okara branch. The food was good, but not as good as their main branch. Service was fine and the staff seemed professional. However, the overall atmosphere was disappointing. it felt more like sitting in a wedding hall rather than a restaurant. Considering the prices, I believe a lot more work is needed on the ambience. The furniture was also below average; the table I was seated at had damaged sides, which really affected the presentation. I don’t understand why the management hasn’t focused on improving the look and feel of the place. Overall, food was okay, but the ambience and presentation definitely need serious improvement.
