My experience with Ozark Computer Works was exceptional. I was treated with respect and professionalism. My laptop issues were corrected in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

I went in a while back with a PC I was building and after you’ve put everything together the worst feeling ever is when you try to turn it on and it just doesn’t power on. I had been trying for a couple hours to diagnose the problem and I just couldn’t figure it out. I went in and told the person up front about the problem and I kid you not, barely even 20 seconds go by and he closed up the panel and says it’s fixed. We powered it on and it turned on perfectly fine. Turns out I didn’t have the cables from the case in the right order. The people there are super friendly and always willing to help you out! If I ever need any help on a computer I know where to go.

I’m in town from out of state visiting my mother. My Chromebook starts acting up. I took it to Ozark. Computer works, and the gentleman behind the counter dropped everything he was doing and worked on my issue for 45 minutes. That level of customer service is rare these days! I was very pleased with Ozark computer works.

They were great. Had my gaming pc just die and after a month of them trouble shooting and trying to figure it out, it was the motherboard and ram that died. They were very responsive and dealt with my multiple calls and questions. Just got it back and it works great. Would highly recommend them!! PJ is the man! Thanks for all the help!

*Update* 03/27/2025 Still missing original drive with all my data. -- Business was not able locate it. - They replied to my emails and fully refunded the order because of the issue. I appreciate them trying to make this right. 03/20/2025 visit: Missing parts - I wanted to support a local business and this is what I got. I brought in my video editing and gaming PC to be transferred over to a new case. That's it - And it was handed to me missing the main drive with all my important documents. Mentioned it multiple times to technician and they could not find it. Spent $235 for labor and now have to buy another SSD drive which adds another $100. They left for the weekend and I have a computer that doesn't work. My data is missing and the computer doesn't work. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
