The first time I saw the work this company has done I was FLOORED! All jokes aside, their work truly speaks for itself. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Miguel and Keith and I’ve seen that they go above and beyond to make sure superb quality work is achieved. I’d definitely recommend Only Wood Floors to anyone looking for wood flooring work to be done for them.

These guys are so great! Awesome communication, really knowledgeable, all in all i was very happy with the whole experience. Danielle was amazing on the phone. Miguel was incredible the job, very considerate of the space. Their YouTube channel sealed the deal for me. Super helpful all around :)

Highly recommend Only Wood Floors!!! We have done several projects on several houses with different contractors and would put Only Wood Floors at the top of the list in terms of service, communication, quality of work, professionalism, and fairness of price. Brian and his team are top notch. We trusted the team from across the country to refinish old dark engineered hardwood floors to light natural and they did not disappoint. We could not be happier with the end product. They over communicated which was greatly appreciated given we were remote to the project providing pictures and videos throughout. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere and hire this team!

The team refinished my floors over the summer and they look great. I am glad I refinished instead of covwith a laminate or very expensive wood option. And at much less the cost. My floors were pretty bad and look much better then I expected. The team was great and very communicative during the 3 - 4 day process. I highly recommend Only Wood Floors!

Brian and Miguel came to survey and present bid. Miguel took charge of job and oversaw workers. Our floors were sanded and carpets torn out of two bedrooms and replaced with wood. Then all floor surfaces were stained. They were able to match the stain on the new wood so it matches very closely to the old wood. Miguel kept in touch with us during the entire project and his team finished one day early. We walked through with him and were very pleased with the work. We would recommend Only Wood Floors to anyone looking to resand, replace, or install wood flooring.
