I meant to write this review last fall, but better late than never. I absolutely loved working with this company from start to finish. The owner, David, is exactly the kind of person you hope to work with: honest, reliable, and no-nonsense. No sales gimmicks, no pressure — just straightforward communication and integrity, which is rare these days. Jay, who handled the measurements and pricing, was also fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, took his time, answered all my questions, and never once tried to upsell me. The pricing was fair, transparent, and very competitive. I really appreciated that they don’t inflate prices or play games — what you’re quoted is what you get. The gate itself turned out beautifully. While there were only a few color options, the finishes are very consistent and high quality, and the color we chose looks perfect with our home. The craftsmanship is solid, clean, and well done. There was a small issue when it was first installed — it was slightly off — but they addressed it immediately without hesitation. No excuses, no delays. They fixed it right away, which really says a lot about how they stand behind their work. I believe they also offer a lifetime warranty, which adds even more peace of mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final result. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, honest, fairly priced, and truly stands by their work, I would absolutely recommend them.

David came out for the initial consultation, his expertise was top notch, he explained everything in detail, I knew immediately this was the company I wanted to go with. My security door was installed yesterday 10 days before initial install date and WE LOVE IT! Perfect door, perfect install, a fantastic product with an upgraded locking system at cost. We are 100% satisfied and I might add the customer service and support was the best I have ever received, from David to the install crew, all the best! I will be bringing these guys back in the spring for my patio doors as well! I researched many companies found it hard to believe such great reviews but now I can understand why, in my opinion they are an amazing company, with great products and exceptional customer service

I was in need of a security door for my front door and a gate for the backyard. Olson Iron was recommended to me by my neighbor. David came out quickly and gave us a consultation to help decide what would be the best. The end result is exactly what I wanted. I love how everything turned out and it just adds a level of security to the home while also looking great. Would highly recommend!

10/10 job the owners and managers explained everything came out to the house explained everything to us showed us samples colors and took time to explain the material they use. They took there time to install and even touched up everything cleaned and made sure everything was aligned just perfect. Giving us a peace of mind and made our house look so beautiful not like the old school bars. David is the best he even came on job site to double check the work.
